Where are the Panels and Presentations taking place?

Location is currently TBD as we are in the process of finalizing our contract.

Will there be a room block?

Most likely! We are working with partner hotels to secure a block of rooms for our out-of-town attendees.

Why not do a park meet up for this event?

Since Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith is a relatively low-capacity attraction, and we expect that the wait time will be very long during its last day of operation, we do not want to cause operational issues at the park by showing up as a large group. However, we do encourage everyone to go and enjoy the ride one last time on your own before it closes.

Can I attend An Evening with Jerry Rees if I am not a WIGS member?

No. Space for this event is limited and the option to purchase the All-Access Pass that includes the event with Jerry Rees is only available to WIGS members.

What are the presentations about?

Can I buy the event merchandise separately?

The event gift and lithograph are included with specific tickets and packages. If we have any additional stock of these items after the event, we will make them available through our online store at CarouselofProducts.com.

Is there a charity benefit aspect to this event?

As with many past WDWNT events, we have partnered with Give Kids the World and will donate proceeds from ticket sales to this wonderful organization. Learn more about them at https://gktw.org.

Can I come for only part of the event?

Although the All-Day Pass provides the best value, tickets are available separately for the Meet & Greet/Autograph Signing Session and the Panels & Presentations Session.

Are tickets refundable?

Ticket purchases are generally not refundable. In certain situations, if there is a waiting list for the event, we will work with you to transfer your tickets to a person on the waiting list.

If I buy the streaming ticket now and later decide to come to the event in person, can I get a refund for the streaming ticket?

We will credit the price you paid for the streaming ticket toward your purchase. Please contact jason@wdwnt.com for assistance with processing your transaction. However if the in-person tickets are sold out, we will be unable to assist you.

If I buy the meet & greet only ticket now and later decide to buy the All-Day Pass, can I get a refund for the meet & greet ticket?

We will credit the price you paid for the meet & greet ticket toward your All-Day Pass purchase. Please contact jason@wdwnt.com for assistance with processing your transaction. However if the All-Day Pass sells out we will be unable to assist you.

Are you affiliated with Disney?

WDWNT LLC is an independent Disney fan site and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or Walt Disney World. Disney has invited WDWNT to be on their official media list for media previews, but WDWNT is a separate entity from The Walt Disney Company.
